[How to enjoy GALACAA]
(1) Create an account.
You can easily create an account with SNS authentication by pressing the login button.
(2) If you find an event you like, please purchase tickets.
You can access the distribution page from the ticket purchase history in your profile.
(3) Tickets and coins can only be purchased by credit card.
(4) Please enjoy the event delivery when the delivery time arrives.
If the delivery does not start when the time is up, please reload your browser.
(5) You can "throw money in support" at the event.

*GALACAA coins are for throwaway coins only. Please note that they cannot be used to purchase event tickets.
■Registration with GALACAA is required to purchase tickets and view videos.
■Before purchasing tickets, please read the notes listed carefully and be sure to check that you have the appropriate Internet environment and recommended environment for viewing the event.
No cancellations, changes or refunds will be made for reasons other than performance postponement or cancellation after ticket purchase.
If you watch from the middle of the stream, the live feed will start from that point and cannot be rewound. Rewind playback is possible during archived streaming.
■Availability of archived distribution depends on the event.
■There is a possibility of disruptions to the video and audio streaming, and temporary interruptions or termination of the performance due to Internet connection or system problems.
■The organizer cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur with your Internet environment or viewing environment.

■The organizer reserves all rights to this performance. All screen recording, photography, and sound recording by cameras, smart phones, etc. are prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing on video websites may result in legal liability.
■You may not be able to watch by using extensions such as AdBlock.

Also make sure that there are no malfunctions or damage to the terminal or software.
We cannot provide any support outside of the recommended environment.
Communication environment
A fast and stable Internet connection is required for video viewing.
Be sure to check in advance that you are not out of range or in a location with a weak signal.
If you are using shared WiFi, turn off the WiFi of devices that are not in use, place no obstructive objects between you and the router, etc.
Avoid crowded places and areas surrounded by concrete.
Please confirm the above before using this service in order to use this service comfortably.
